Now that I think about it, I can actually mark the hexes with the drawing tool, a little X or checkmark. But a fog-o-war option for unexplored hexes would be cool.

I'm really loving what you've done so far! I also love the ability to link attributes to skill rolls, too. I've made character sheets for OSR, Basic Roleplaying / D100, Traveller / Cepheus Engine 2D6, and Tricube Tales. I even managed a Savage Worlds, but that one needed a little more massaging to work due to it's ruleset. It would be cool to see the 5E (or some version) rolled into the new Augur.
What I'd like to see: For Savage Worlds and some Free League type games, options for exploding dice rolls, the ability to roll multiple dice types for an attribute/skill roll, and the ability to split the final results by the dice type (so if your "Wild D6" gets a higher score than your regular skill dice, you select the best result). The ability to add and label bonus dice to a roll (say roll 1D20, but add a D6 bonus die; also allow to-hit and damage rolls with one click). These are all possible to do manually as is, but it'd be cool for those type of games.
Dice Pool mechanics would be nice, too. Where you can give a TN that each die must roll over for a success, then count the successes. Being able to adjust the number of dice rolled on the attribute / skill button prompt, as some dice pool games adjust difficulty by adding or subtracting dice in the pool.
Being able to move the buttons arounds, and to show the attribute value in a separate, modifiable window, along with the attribute bonus.
A tracker that allows you to enter text so you can type in conditions (poisoned, stunned, etc)
And since you asked, a card deck would be nice, as some games use them. I just built a table (I love how the csv can be pasted and turned into a table, by the way!), but a graphical version would be neat.
Thanks,
Aaron
